Changing ESB switch when LDI is used
•Change the computer unit's working state to SE-OU or SE-NH (USI) (USC)
•push the ESB reset button twice within two seconds and the ESB unit's internal power supply is switched off for about 20 seconds
•Remove the plug-in unit from the cartridge
•Insert the new plug-in unit
•Switch reset button on the cartridge power supply and restart the ESB unit
•Monitor restarting if nesseccary using serial port
•Change the computer unit working state to TE (USC)
•Check if the repair operation was successful by starting a total diagnosis of the unit (UDU)
•Check the diagnostics results (UDH)
•Change the computer unit working state to SP (or WO) (USC)
•Check the alarm situation (AHO)
•Change the computer unit's working state to SE-OU or SE-NH (USI) (USC)

Change ESB when LDI is NOT in use
•If LAN Device Integration is not used in the network element, but the unit's default configuration has been changed in some way, you need to store the configuration before replacing the plug-in unit. Do the following:
•Upload the configuration file from the switch to an external device using the TFTP
E.g.
copy running-config startup-config
Copy startup-config upload to 10.26.4.120 SWU-0_safecopy
•Push the reset switch twice within two seconds
•Remove the plug-in unit
•Install the spare plug-in unit
•Press the reset switch once
•Create a new IP address for the replacement unit
•Download the configuration file from an external device to the switch using the TFTP
