超遠覆蓋基站(TCC和SPB)
超遠覆蓋基站一般使用在人煙稀少的地方、沙漠、沿海地區(qū)。開啟超遠覆蓋基站會使基站小區(qū)的容量會降低,功率增大,覆蓋范圍會擴大到72-121KM。
超遠覆蓋基站涉及到的小區(qū)參數(shù)為TALIM,MAXTA,XRANGE。
開啟TCC、SPB功能的超遠覆蓋基站涉及到的參數(shù)為:TALIM,MAXTA,XRANGE, BSPWRB和BSPWRT, MPWR(TX)。
開啟超遠覆蓋的小區(qū)容量是正常小區(qū)的1/2,而開啟TCC、SPB功能的超遠覆蓋基站是正常小區(qū)容量的1/4。
硬件要求

Only for RBS2206/2106 dTRU + CDU-G/J with HYB.
Filter Combiner not support TCC feature.
For SWPB feature 用于微蜂窩
RBS2206/2106 dTRU + CDU-G/J without HYB, or RBS2202 cTRU(sTRU) + CDU A 。

The different between them is SPB transmitter burst forward in time two bit compare to another TX. TCC transmitter in same time.

對于900站,88文件中TX的功率一定要設置為63,小區(qū)功率設置為51.
對于1800的基站,88文件中TX的功率設置為51,小區(qū)功率設置為49.
一般我們認為TX的功率只要大于等于小區(qū)設置功率即可,ALEX里面給出TX的范圍也是51-63,實際開TCC基站過程中只能設置為63基站才能開起來。

TALIM:Timing advance limit for handover
This parameter is given in number of bit periods (bp).

MAXTA :Timing advance limit when Mobile Station (MS) is considered lost

XRANGE:Extended range cell
This parameter indicates if the traffic is supported at a distance of more than 35 km between the Mobile Station (MS) and the BTS.
參數(shù)設為YES :The cell range is set to extended range
參數(shù)設為NO :The cell range is set to normal range
TCC(Transmitter Coherent Combining) feature can improve output power 3dB higher than normal maximum TX power of RBS.
The purpose of TCC is to increase the output power from the dTRU by combining the RF output from the two transmitters coherently. This is achieved by forcing both transmitters to send the same data in equal phase and amplitude.
TCC is activated on RBS. It is applicable to RBS 21yx/22yx (y=0 , x>=6 | y >= 1 , any x) except RBS 2109 and RBS 2250 with internal hybrid combiner connected.
