是指本系統(tǒng)忙時(shí)VLR中存在的本地用戶數(shù)量。

是指本系統(tǒng)忙時(shí)VLR中存在的開機(jī)用戶總數(shù)量，包括本地用戶和漫游來(lái)訪用戶。

D122：忙時(shí)系統(tǒng)試呼總次數(shù)
是指該地區(qū)交換機(jī)接受的各種用戶的話音試呼總次數(shù)。各種用戶包括市話用戶、模擬移動(dòng)用戶、GSM用戶。話音試呼次數(shù)是指不包括短消等和增值業(yè)務(wù)，包括緊急呼叫和呼叫轉(zhuǎn)接的試呼次數(shù)。統(tǒng)計(jì)的消息為“CM service request”及IAM消息。(交換機(jī)間切換不算，因只有試呼無(wú)應(yīng)答不合理。)

System Call Attempts:
D122 = NCALLS of (MTACC488 + IEXTE + TRA + IEXSTT) – NANSW of (all MRNR + HOVER routes)

Explanation:

System Call Attempts: D122 = X01+X03+X05+X07-X09

X01: The number of mobile to land call attempts.

X03: The number of mobile to mobile call attempts.

X05: The number of land to mobile call attempts.

X07: The number of land to land call attempts.

X09: The number of IAM messages received, because of Incoming inter MSC HO attempts.


For X01 and X03, following counter will be used.

NCALLS : Number of attempts to seize a record.

MTACC-488This block is seized whenever a Mobile tries to originate a call.

X01+X03 = NCALLS of object MTACC-488 in object type SAE.

For X05 and X07, following counters will be used

NCALLS : Number of call attempts.
This counter in incremented when an IAM message is received from PSTN ( for an incoming

IEXTE, TRA , IEXSTT : These objects are related to the incoming-terminating calls, transit and incoming external system terminating calls.

X05+X07 = NCALLS of ( IEXTE+TRA+IEXSTT ) in object type MTRAFTYPE.

For X09 , following counter will be used

NANSW : Number of answers.
This is modified counter, which is incremented when an incoming inter MSC HO attempt is made to the MSC.

OBJECTS NAMES
All MRNR software routes defined in the MSC.
X09 = NANSW of all MRNR routes in object type LOSSROUTE.


D123：忙時(shí)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)答總次數(shù)
是指該地區(qū)交換機(jī)接受的各種用戶的話音應(yīng)答總次數(shù)。各種用戶包括市話用戶，模擬移動(dòng)用戶，GSM用戶。話音應(yīng)答次數(shù)是指不包括短消息和增值業(yè)務(wù)，包括呼叫轉(zhuǎn)接的應(yīng)答次數(shù)。久叫不應(yīng)、系統(tǒng)回放錄音通知、呼叫轉(zhuǎn)移不成功不視為應(yīng)答。統(tǒng)計(jì)的消息為“connect”和 ANC消息

System Call Answers:
D123 = NANSW of (ORGOEX + INT + SOTTE + SOTOEX + IEXTE + TRA) – NNBRHBAISDHTOT of (all neighbour MSCs)

Explanation:

System Call Answers: D123 =X02+X04+X06+X08-X10

X02: The number of mobile to land calls answered.

X04: The number of mobile to mobile calls answered.

X06: The number of land to mobile calls answered.

X08: The number of land to land calls answered.

X10: The ANN signals sent and received because of total inter MSC HO success.


For counters X02,X04,X06,X08, following are used

This counter is incremented when either a CONNECT message is received from the mobile ( in mobile terminated call ) or ANC message is received on the outgoing routes.

OBJECTS NAMES
ORGOEX, INT, IEXTE, TRA, SOTTE, SOTOEX: These objects are related to originating-outgoing , incoming-terminating, internal, transit, system originating terminating and system originating outgoing external calls.

X02+X04+X06+X08 = NANSW of ( ORGOEX+INT+IEXTE+TRA+SOTTE+SOTOEX ) in object type MTRAFTYPE

For counters X10, following are used

NNBRHBAISDHTOT : This counter has been modified from its original purpose. It now counts total number of ANN messages sent or received because of inter MSC handover.
This counter is incremented whenever ANN message is sent or received in a MSC.

All neighboring MSCs

X10 = NNBRHBAISDHTOT of all neighboring MSCs in object type NBRMSCLST.


D124：忙時(shí)有效呼叫總次數(shù)
是指總呼叫數(shù)－所撥為空號(hào)/不全/有誤{加0/不加0等數(shù)}－主/被叫停機(jī)數(shù)－被叫呼入限制－主叫無(wú)長(zhǎng)權(quán)數(shù)－主叫提前掛機(jī)數(shù)。

Valid Call Attempts:
D124 = NCALLS of (MTACC488 + IEXTE + TRA + IEXSTT) – NANSW of (all MRNR routes) – sum of NEVERY of (100,266,35,2981-2990,2576,2911-2920,1125, [500-509])

Explanation:

MSC Valid call attempts: D124 = D122-X20-X21-X22

X20: The number of times call attempts were made to vacant B numbers, incomplete numbers, wrong numbers, by the subscribers which are call barred, to the subscribers which are call barred, by the subscribers which do not have certain facility.
X21: The number of attempts which are made without prefixing 0, when this was required. Also, number of attempts which are made by prefixing 0, when this was not required.
X22: No. of times A party disconnects the calls before B answer.


For X20, following will be used

This counter in incremented when a particular EOS code is generated.

X20 = SUM of NEVERY of (100,266,35,2981-2990,2576,2911-2920,1125) in object type EOS

For X21, first some EOS codes should be defined in the B table. In those branches, which are handling the calls made without 0 ( when 0 should have been prefixed ) and the branches, which are handling the calls made with 0 ( when 0 should not have been prefixed ). EOS codes 500-509 could be used.
After doing the above, following could be used

D125：忙時(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)接通總次數(shù)
是指用戶應(yīng)答數(shù)＋被叫忙數(shù)＋用戶不應(yīng)答數(shù)＋不可及數(shù)。


Network Connections:
D125 = NANSW of ( INT + SOTTE + IEXTE ) + NSUEOS of ( ORGOEX + TRA + SOTOEX ) – NNBRHBAISDHTOT of (all neighbour MSCs) + sum of NEVERY of (33, 758, 24, 400, 2298, 3660, 3669)


Explanation:

Network Call Completion: D125 = D123 +X23+X24+X25

X23: No. of call attempts going to the busy subscribers.

X24: No. of call attempts going to the subscribers which are not in service area or powered off.

X25: No. of not answered calls.

For X23, X24, X25, following will be used.

This counter counts numbers of instances of a particular End of selection event.

EOS 3660 and 3669, have to be activated before using the above objects.



D126：忙時(shí)系統(tǒng)尋呼總次數(shù)
是指該地區(qū)交換機(jī)發(fā)出的各種用戶的尋呼總次數(shù)。包括固定用戶和模擬用戶以及GSM用戶發(fā)起的尋呼次數(shù)。統(tǒng)計(jì)的消息為“Paging”（first） 消息。

Paging Attempts:
D126 = NPAG1LOTOT + NPAG1GLTOT

COUNTER NAME:
NPAG1LOTOT + NPAG1GLTOT : Number of first paging attempts.
This is incremented whenever a PAGING message is sent to the mobile for first time.

OBJECT TYPE:
PAGING

D127：忙時(shí)系統(tǒng)尋呼響應(yīng)總次數(shù)
是指該地區(qū)交換機(jī)接收到的各種用戶的尋呼響應(yīng)總次數(shù)。包括固定用戶和模擬用戶以及GSM用戶發(fā)起的尋呼次數(shù)。該計(jì)數(shù)器統(tǒng)計(jì)A接口的“paging response"消息。

Paging response :
D127 = NPAG1RESUCC + NPAG2RESUCC

COUNTER NAME:
NPAG1RESUCC : Number of first paging responses.
This is incremented whenever a PAGING RESPONSE message is received for first paging.
NPAG2RESUCC : Number of repeated paging responses.
This is incremented whenever a PAGING RESPONSE message is received for repeated paging.

D128：忙時(shí)被叫響應(yīng)總次數(shù)
是指GSM用戶做被叫時(shí)，交換機(jī)對(duì)用戶發(fā)出的振鈴總次數(shù)。包括固定用戶和模擬用戶以及GSM用戶做主叫的各種情況。統(tǒng)計(jì)的消息為“ alerting”消息。

是指地區(qū)交換機(jī)建立呼叫的試呼總次數(shù)。包括系統(tǒng)呼叫轉(zhuǎn)移。統(tǒng)計(jì)的消息為“call proceeding ”和“IAM”消息

MSC Delivery Attempts:
D129 = NCHAFRMTOT + NCALLS of (IEXTE + TRA + IEXSTT)

Explanation:

MSC delivery attempts: D129 = X41+X43+X45+X47

X41: The numbers of mobile to land call setup attempt.

X43: The numbers of mobile to mobile call setup attempt.

X45: The numbers of land to mobile call setup attempt.

X47: The numbers of land to land call setup attempt.

For X41 and X43, following counter will be used.

D130：忙時(shí)交換機(jī)接通總次數(shù)
是指該地區(qū)交換機(jī)建立呼叫的呼通次數(shù)，包括呼叫轉(zhuǎn)移。統(tǒng)計(jì)的消息為“call confirmed”和“ACM”消息。

MSC Delivery Success:
D130 = NCHATOMTOT + NSUEOS of (ORGOEX + TRA + SOTOEX)

Explanation:

MSC delivery success: D130 = X42+X44+X46+X48-X50

X42: The numbers of mobile to land call successfully delivered by MSC.

X44: The numbers of mobile to mobile call successfully delivered by MSC.

X46: The numbers of land to mobile call successfully delivered by MSC.

X48: The numbers of land to land call successfully delivered by MSC.


For X42 and X48, following counter will be used.

This counter will be incremented when an ACM message is received by MSC, on the link towards PSTN.

X42+X48 = SUM of ( ORGOEX + TRA + SOTOEX) in object type MTRAFTYPE

For X44 and X46, following counter will be used.

D231：忙時(shí)SDCCH可用總數(shù)
是指本地區(qū)交換機(jī)連接的所有基站中可以正常指派的SDCCH數(shù)目。

CAVASCAN: Number of accumulations.

The available channel counters are scanned every tenth second and the scanning results are added to the accumulation counter (CAVAACC). The scanning counter (CAVASCAN) is then incremented by one.

Note: Available channels are scanned once every 10 seconds

D232：忙時(shí)SDCCH試呼總次數(shù)
是指本系統(tǒng)忙時(shí)所有對(duì)SDCCH試呼的總次數(shù)。試呼包括正常始呼、位置更新、呼叫重建、IMSI請(qǐng)求和IMSI分離及短消息等請(qǐng)求分配SDCCH的情況。統(tǒng)計(jì)的為“Channel Request”消息。

CCALLS : Call attempt counter.

The counters are incremented at every attempt to allocate an SDCCH in a resource type in the cell, regardless of whether the allocation succeeded or failed. Allocation attempts are made at signalling connection setup, at handover and at assignment.

D233：忙時(shí)SDCCH溢出總次數(shù)
是指本系統(tǒng)忙時(shí)所有對(duì)SDCCH試呼中指派不出SDCCH信道的總次數(shù)。統(tǒng)計(jì)的為“Immediate assignment reject”消息。

SDCCH Blocking Times = CCONGS - TCHSIG

CCONGS: SDCCH congestion counter.
It is triggered when an allocation attempt to SDCCH fails because of no idle channel available.

是指本系統(tǒng)忙時(shí)呼叫過程中指派了SDCCH后，未占用TCH之前掉話的總次數(shù)。

Times of SDCCH Drop = CNDROP

COUNTER NAME
CNDROP: Dropped connection due to failure.

The counter is incremented :
•when the BSC sends CLEAR REQUEST message
•when CLEAR COMMAND is received if the cause code differs from the cause codes ’Call control’ and ’Handover successful’.

The counter is not incremented if CLEAR REQUEST has been sent previously.

D235：忙時(shí)SDCCH總話務(wù)量
是指本系統(tǒng)所有SDCCH信道在忙時(shí)的話務(wù)量總和。

CTRALACC: Traffic level accumulator.
CNSCAN: Number of accumulations of SDCCH traffic level counter.

Once every other second the Traffic Level Counter for SDCCH is scanned and the scanning results are added to the accumulation counter (CTRALACC). The scanning counter (CNSCAN) is incremented by one.

D236：忙時(shí)話音信道可用總數(shù)
是指交換機(jī)連接的所有基站中可以正常指派的TCH數(shù)目。

Note : The measurements will be done for counters HOSUCBCL and HOSUCWCL in object types NICELASS and NECELASS both. Last two part formula is calculate for all outgoing cell relations and for all incoming cell relations relatively.

D238：忙時(shí)話音信道溢出總次數(shù)（不含切換）
是指所有占用SDCCH后對(duì)TCH的呼叫溢出次數(shù)。溢出包括主叫和被叫占用SDCCH后試圖建立TCH失敗的情況，包括非常早分配時(shí)指派TCH信道用做SDCCH的情況，不包括各種切換情況。統(tǒng)計(jì)的為“Assignment Failure”消息。

TFMSESTB : Successful MS channel establishment on TCHs

These counters count the number of connections successfully established on the TCH. The MS is regarded to have established a connection on the TCH when an ASSIGNMENT COMPLETE, HANDOVER PERFORMED or in target BSC, HANDOVER COMPLETE message is sent to the MSC. The counters are also stepped when an SCCP CONNECTION CONFIRM is
received from the MSC.
