About Ericsson China R&D, Nanjing Branch

The R&D center, hosted by Nanjing Ericsson Panda Communication Company, was established in 2001. The Ericsson TD-SCDMA RNC development project started in this center from 2005 till today and ZTE Node B was used to be integrated with Ericsson RNC.
愛立信中國研發(fā)中心南京分部成立于2001年，目前掛靠在南京愛立信熊貓通信有限公司。該中心從2005年開始愛立信TD-SCDMA RNC的研發(fā)至今，中興公司的基站被用于和愛立信RNC集成。

Software Designer

Job description
a. To analyze system requirements and solution and break them down to software requirements.
負(fù)責(zé)分析系統(tǒng)需求及解決方案，將其分解為軟件需求。
b. To make software high level design and low level design.
負(fù)責(zé)軟件高層及底層設(shè)計
c. To make coding based on software design.
負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)軟件設(shè)計進(jìn)行編碼
d. To make software unit test.
負(fù)責(zé)軟件單元測試
e. To do trouble shooting for software design problems.
負(fù)責(zé)解決軟件設(shè)計中的問題

Competence Requirements
a. Master degree in the major of computer science is preferred.
擁有計算機(jī)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位者優(yōu)先考慮
b. Excellent knowledge of software programming by C/C++, and UNIX operating system
具有豐富的C/C++編程經(jīng)驗，并熟悉UNIX操作系統(tǒng)
c. Good knowledge of software engineering
具有軟件工程知識
d. It’s better to have good knowledge of telecommunication, especially wireless telecommunication.
如熟悉電信特別是無線通信知識優(yōu)先考慮
e. Good communication skills and social abilities
具有良好的溝通能力和社交能力
f. Good teamwork sense
具有良好的團(tuán)隊意識
g. Fluent in oral and written English
英語書面及口語流利
