This parameter changes the number of UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network (UTRAN) Frequency Division Duplex (FDD) neighboring cells a Mobile Station (MS) must include in a measurement report or an enhanced measurement report.

If there are remaining positions left in the measurement report or the enhanced measurement report, additional UTRAN FDD neighboring cells may be included independent of the value of the parameter FDDMRR.
