以下的參數(shù)在使用或不使用TMSI的情況下對(duì)呼叫或?qū)ず艄δ墚a(chǎn)生影響。

1. 用命令 MGISP 檢查參數(shù) NOTIMSI 沒(méi)有定義.

NOTMSI，Mobile subscriber identity confidentiality Used to indicate that mobile subscriber identity confidentiality function，that is TMSI allocation is not used for the mobile subscriber. See Application Information for block MAUTH

2. In DBTSP=AXEPARES，set=GSM1APTC，parameter=TIMTMSIREALLM is 40 sec (default)，ensure that it is not zero.（用于TMSI號(hào)碼的分配監(jiān)督）

This parameter is the AXE parameter determines the value for timer T6-2. This timer supervises the TMSI reallocation procedure. The timer is started， when the LOCATION UPDATE ACCEPT message is sent and stopped， when the TMSI REALLOCATION COMPLETE message is received. When the timer expires the TMSI reallocation procedure is regarded as unsuccessful.

The availability of this AXE parameter depends on commercial agreements Value Range is 5-60 sec

3. In DBTSP=AXEPARES，set=GSMMMSC，parameter=PAGREPCT1LA.（在位置區(qū)里，被叫尋呼不成功后的重復(fù)條件）

This parameter is only valid in case of mobile-terminating calls when the AXE parameter PAGLATA = 1.

The AXE parameter is applicable for GSM 1900.

The availability of this AXE parameter depends on commercial agreements.

Value 0 indicates that paging in a location area is not repeated.
Value 1 indicates that paging in a location area is repeated with either TMSI or IMSI.
Value 2 indicates that paging in a location area is repeated with IMSI.
Value 3 indicates that paging is repeated as call delivery LATA paging with IMSI.

4. In DBTSP=AXEPARES，set=GSMMMSC，parameter=TMSILAIMSC.（決定用戶(hù)進(jìn)入MSC服務(wù)區(qū)后是否被分配TMSI）

This AXE parameter determines whether a TMSI is allocated for a mobile subscriber，every time the mobile subscriber moves to a new location area within the MSC/VLR，or only once when the mobile subscriber is registered in this MSC/VLR.

The parameter is only valid if the AXE parameter TMSIPAR = 1 and the mobile telephony exchange property CIPHER = 1. For details，see Application Information “Mobile Telephony Data，Changeable Exchange Adaptation”.

Value 0 indicates that TMSI is allocated only once.
Value 1 indicates that TMSI is allocated every time the mobile subscriber moves to a new location area within the MSC/VLR，that is，at every change of Location Area Identity (LAI)

5. In DBTSP=AXEPARES，set=GSMMMSC，parameter=TMSIPAR.（決定MSC是否開(kāi)啟TMSI尋呼功能）

This AXE parameter determines whether TMSI allocation is performed in the MSC/VLR. If the TMSI is allocated，all Base Station Controllers (BSC) must support the TMSI.

Value 0 indicates that TMSI is not allocated.
Value 1 indicates that TMSI is allocated only on encrypted connections.
Value 2 indicates that TMSI is allocated on all connections.

6. Check for any SAE for block MTMSIAN，give SAAEP:SAE=ALL，block=MTMSIAN;

I think we have to change AXE parameter TMSIPAR to 2. But last time in R8.0 when I tried to change TMSIPAR to 2，a lot of Subscriber Unreachable problem was observed.
