鑒于替換工程(華為提換北電)結(jié)束后,整個(gè)城區(qū)(包括縣城)網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋率都比北電時(shí)期低,對(duì)比決定覆蓋率的幾項(xiàng)指標(biāo)發(fā)現(xiàn)影響覆蓋率的瓶頸主要是在Ec/Io,因此如何在不引起網(wǎng)絡(luò)質(zhì)量下降的情況下提高Ec/Io值成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。通常我們提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)Ec/Io的方法就是射頻優(yōu)化,主要討論室外以DT數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)(弱覆蓋區(qū)域通過(guò)工程建設(shè)解決除外):
第一、調(diào)整天饋來(lái)控制越區(qū)覆蓋,減少導(dǎo)頻污染干擾而達(dá)到提高Ec/Io。
第二、調(diào)整導(dǎo)頻信道功率來(lái)控制小區(qū)合理覆蓋提升Ec/Io。
第三、通過(guò)優(yōu)化鄰區(qū)減少可能因鄰區(qū)缺失或鄰區(qū)優(yōu)先級(jí)不正確而引起Ec/Io下降的情況。
第四、降低小區(qū)射頻基帶功率達(dá)到控制越區(qū)覆蓋目的。
長(zhǎng)興縣城的覆蓋率在經(jīng)過(guò)上述4種優(yōu)化方法優(yōu)化后,短呼的覆蓋率由98.34%(省公司評(píng)估測(cè)試值)提升至98.65%,但還是低于同城移動(dòng)(99.58%)與聯(lián)通(99.07%)的同類指標(biāo)。
華為快速功控參數(shù):
VMINFCH(語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)FCH Eb/Nt設(shè)定值的最小值)、VMAXFCH(語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)FCH Eb/Nt設(shè)定值的最大值)、VINITFCH(語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)FCH Eb/Nt設(shè)定值的初始值)參數(shù)的作用在于在無(wú)線環(huán)境好的情況下,進(jìn)一步降低業(yè)務(wù)信道的發(fā)射功率。在Ec保持不變的情況下,Io的降低有助于Ec/Io的改善,但可能對(duì)FFER指標(biāo)有惡化影響,具體影響程度需根據(jù)實(shí)際測(cè)試來(lái)衡量。
VFCHMINGAINR1(語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)FCH最小增益1偏置)、VFCHMINGAINR2 (語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)FCH最小增益2偏置)與VFCHMINGAINR3 (語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)FCH最小增益3偏置)、VFCHMAXGAINR1(語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)FCH最大增益1偏置)、VFCHMAXGAINR2(語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)FCH最大增益2偏置)與VFCHMAXGAINR3(語(yǔ)音業(yè)務(wù)FCH最大增益3偏置)參數(shù)的作用在于通過(guò)保證業(yè)務(wù)信道FCH的有足夠的功率來(lái)保證話音質(zhì)量,即FFER,但對(duì)Ec/Io指標(biāo)有惡化風(fēng)險(xiǎn),具體影響程度需根據(jù)實(shí)際測(cè)試來(lái)衡量。
為了提高長(zhǎng)興覆蓋率我們對(duì)快速功控參數(shù)進(jìn)行下述功控參數(shù)調(diào)整試驗(yàn)
