NSN-SH-MRW-System Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
l
Responsible for test planning, test casedesign, test analysis and test script development and maintenance. Participatein system requirement and architecture review.
l
Responsible for test environment setup,test execution and automation test tool implementation. Report and analyzeproduct's defects
l
Make test plan and test strategy. Ensureeffective testing and high quality product delivery.
JobRequirements:
l
>3 years of experience in the R&Dof Telecommunication Networks or Communication industry. Familiar with at leasttwo of following protocols: PDH, SDH, IP/Ethernet, MPLS.
l
Familiarity with test tool andcommunication testing devices (PDH, SDH, packet) such as Agilent, Smart Bits,etc.
l
Experience of writing test suites andtest procedures at the black box and system test levels.
l
Strong understanding of regression,integration, system level and stress/load test execution
l
Be initiative, be able to learn andanalyze, good team skills and result orientated capabilities are required.
l
Client interfacing, presentation andinterpersonal skills are necessary.
l
Know how to share knowledge with othercolleagues. Leadership experience is preferred to work as testing team leader
l
Be able to anticipate problems and issuesthen recommend problem solutions
Education/Skills:
l
Bachelor/Master of Science (ElectricalEngineering)
l
Fluent English in both speaking andwriting
