200 Average CDMA Access Channel Occupancy: 2G Voice: This count measures
the sector-carrier utilization of Access Channel(s) for 2G voice calls. The
utilization is defined as the percentage of Access messages that are used for 2G
voice calls: Number of 2G Voice Origination Messages + Number of 2G Voice
Page Response Messages Total Access Capacity. This count is pegged for the
following voice service options on 2G mobiles (MOB_P_REV < 6) only: 8K (SO
1), 13K (SO 0x8000, 0x11), SMV (SO 0x38), and EVRC (SO 3) and EVRCB (SO
0X44). To obtain this count as percentage, divide the result by 100. (ECP/Cell
Release 24.0 and later)
201 Average CDMA Access Channel Occupancy: 3G Voice: This count measures
the sector-carrier utilization of Access Channel(s) for 3G voice calls. The
utilization is defined as the percentage of Access messages that are used for 3G
voice calls, that is, the Number of 3G Voice Origination Messages + Number of
3G Voice Page Response Messages Total Access Capacity. This count is pegged
for the following voice service options on 3G mobiles (MOB_P_REV >= 6) only:
8K (SO 1), 13K (SO 0x8000, 0x11), SMV (SO 0x38), EVRC (SO 3) and (EVRCB
SO 0x44). To obtain this count as percentage, divide the result by 100. (ECP/Cell

202 Average CDMA Access Channel Occupancy: 3G Packet Data: This count
measures the sector-carrier utilization of Access Channel(s) for 3G Packet Data
calls. The utilization is defined as the percentage of Access messages that are used
for 3G Packet Data calls: Number of 3G Packet Data Origination Messages +
Number of 3G Packet Data Page Response Messages Total Access Capacity. This
count is pegged for 3G Packet Data (SO 33) on 3G mobiles (MOB_P_REV >= 6)
only. To obtain this count as percentage, divide the result by 100. (ECP/Cell
Release 24.0 and later)
203 Average CDMA Access Channel Occupancy: 2G Registration Messages:
This count measures the sector-carrier utilization of Access Channel(s) for 2G
registration messages. The utilization is defined as the percentage of Access
messages that are used for 2G registration messages: Number of 2G Registration
Messages divided by Total Access Capacity. To obtain this count as percentage,
divide the result by 100. (ECP/Cell Release 24.0 and later)
204 Average CDMA Access Channel Occupancy: 3G Registration Messages:
This count measures the sector-carrier utilization of Access Channel(s) for 3G
registration messages. The utilization is defined as the percentage of Access
messages that are used for 3G registration messages: Number of 3G Registration
Messages divided by Total Access Capacity. To obtain this count as percentage,
divide the result by 100. (ECP/Cell Release 24.0 and later)
