    LAYERHYST是層間切換參數(shù)，1800到1800就不屬于層間切換，當(dāng)然是看KHYST了

    KHYST是basic ranking的遲滯，而HCS的排序是整個在basic ranking上面的，還看KHYST嗎？

    我查了HCS的feature說明，如下：

    The HCS band evaluation rearranges the candidate list in Locating according to the priority rules. In a sense this makes it possible for Locating to decide how far from strongest server principle HCS is allowed to go. This gives a rough estimate of whether a lower layer cell is subject to co- or adjacent channel interference or not.
    A group of cells are initially sorted as a basic ranking list and are then re-sorted by the HCS algorithm. The cells that are not measured stronger than their band threshold will be sorted last in the final list according to basic ranking (non-prioritized cells).
    In order to be a candidate in the HCS band evaluation cells (both serving cell and neighbouring cells) must fulfill the following:
    The signal strength is above HCSBANDTHR n + HCSBANDHYST n for the neighbouring cells
    The signal strength is above HCSBANDTHR s - HCSBANDHYST s for the serving cell
    The cells that has passed the above criteria are then checked if they are strongest within the own band. If they are, then they are regarded as prioritized. The cells that are above the band threshold but not strongest within the own band are evaluated after the next criteria: "Is the cell above its own layer threshold?" which means that the signal strength fulfills:
    >= LAYERTHR n + LAYERHYST n if it is a neighbouring cell
    >= LAYERTHR s - LAYERHYST s if it is the serving cell
    The strongest cell from each layer that fulfills this criteria is regarded as a prioritized cell (unless there is already a cell prioritized by the previous HCS band criteria).
    There is at the most only one cell from each layer prioritized for the HCS ranking, but if no cell exist that is above the layer thresholds HCS do not prioritize any cell from this layer (unless the cell is strongest within its own band and above its band threshold).
    The rest of the cells are non-prioritized (and sorted last in the final list according to basic ranking).
    Finally, the cells that are prioritized for HCS ranking (Layer Ranking) are sorted in ascending layer-numbering order, i.e. Layer 1, Layer 2, Layer 3,... . After these cells in the final list, the non-prioritized cells are sorted according to basic ranking.


    這意思是說：只要源小區(qū)，目標(biāo)小區(qū)同層為1，都達(dá)到了門限加遲滯，就直接比較電平，目標(biāo)小區(qū)強(qiáng)直接就過去了，沒有遲滯？

    上面認(rèn)為同層小區(qū)間看KHYST的，有無愛立信原版英文資料證實(shí)��？

    HCS是整個在basic ranking之上的，在HCS的判定時怎么會看basic ranking的參數(shù)KHYST呢？
