請(qǐng)問,在PDP激活時(shí),同一個(gè)IMSI在同一個(gè)小區(qū)下多次發(fā)起激活。前一次可以正常激活,后一次卻不行了。返回內(nèi)容中有:

一直找不到原因。
是不是因?yàn)榈谝淮渭せ钜院鬀]有detach,手機(jī)再次發(fā)起激活導(dǎo)致SGSN拒絕?
