用ZEQO檢查ACT是否不是ADJ，用ZEBP檢查一下是否定義有BA，若有請增加鄰區(qū)頻點進入對應的BA——ID！將對應BA——ID對應ACT即可，若ACT=ADJ則找其他基站和小區(qū)原因！
