    6)EOS:MSC上產(chǎn)生的各類EOS統(tǒng)計(jì)。用于進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析。
    常用的EOS統(tǒng)計(jì)項(xiàng)有:
    EOS 24:被叫用戶忙。
    EOS 400:尋呼無應(yīng)答。
    EOS 3377 :尋呼無應(yīng)答。
    EOS 3660 :被叫用戶掛機(jī)。

    7)C7SL1:用來統(tǒng)計(jì)MSC到其他局向的信令鏈路的負(fù)荷情況。重點(diǎn)觀察到某個(gè)局向的信令鏈路負(fù)荷是否均勻,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)負(fù)荷過高的LINK,并進(jìn)行擴(kuò)容。
    8)LOSSROUTE:用來統(tǒng)計(jì)MSC的內(nèi)部軟件路由的負(fù)荷情況。重點(diǎn)觀察:
    錄音通知路由是否有擁塞,確保MSC向用戶提供可靠的錄音通知提示;
    動態(tài)漫游號路由狀態(tài),確保無擁塞。

    5.4、BSC話務(wù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析
    本章僅描述了在日常優(yōu)化中基本的話務(wù)統(tǒng)計(jì)及計(jì)數(shù)器類型。其它一些與子小區(qū)、半速率、GPRS等相關(guān)的統(tǒng)計(jì)未列入。

    6、無線系統(tǒng)工作原理及基站維護(hù)
    6.1、GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)無線系統(tǒng)工作原理
    GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)中無線系統(tǒng)提供并管理MS和MSC之間的無線傳輸通道。
    6.1.1、GSM無線資源
    在我國使用的GSM系統(tǒng)的主要技術(shù)性能如下表:

    江蘇移動在25MHz中使用前面19MHz,除去保護(hù)的頻段,共有94個(gè)頻點(diǎn)可供使用。
    6.1.2、GSM信道類型
    通過使用時(shí)分復(fù)用方式,每個(gè)載頻被分為8個(gè)TS(時(shí)隙)。一個(gè)TDMA幀上的一個(gè)時(shí)隙被稱為一個(gè)物理信道,因此在每對雙工載頻上有八個(gè)物理信道,我們通常稱為每個(gè)頻點(diǎn)上有八個(gè)信道。
    在BTS和MS之間傳遞著很多種不同信息,我們將這些信息分組成為不同的邏輯信道。每種邏輯信道可以用來完成象呼叫,建立話路和傳遞話音等的不同目的。如,話音是由邏輯信道TCH傳遞的。邏輯信道對應(yīng)著物理信道。
    邏輯信道可以分為兩類。它們是話務(wù)信道和信令信道。其中話務(wù)信道分為全速率和半速率兩種,而信令信道分為廣播信道,公共控制信道,專用控制信道。
    1.話務(wù)信道主要用來傳送話音信息和數(shù)據(jù)信息。
    2.信令信道
    a.廣播信道(BCH)
    ■BCCH:廣播控制信道,用于廣播諸如小區(qū)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)識別,小區(qū)運(yùn)行特征等一些信息。
    ■FCCH:FCCH是一個(gè)特定數(shù)據(jù)突發(fā)序列,用于MS和BTS之間進(jìn)行頻率同步。
    ■SCH:用于識別當(dāng)前服務(wù)的基站和時(shí)鐘的同步。
    用FCCH,SCH,BCCH,手機(jī)用戶可以同BTS保持幀同步。并且在空閑狀態(tài)下,可以監(jiān)聽其它小區(qū)的信號,用于小區(qū)的重新選擇。
    b.公共控制信道(CCCH)
    ■PCH:尋呼信道用于基站向小區(qū)內(nèi)所有移動臺提供尋呼信號。

    移動通信基站故障淺談

      移動通信系統(tǒng)中的基站主要負(fù)責(zé)與無線有關(guān)的各種功能,為MS(移動臺)提供接入系統(tǒng)的UM接口,直接和MS通過無線相連接,系統(tǒng)中基站發(fā)生故障對整個(gè)移動網(wǎng)的影響是很大的。引起基站故障的原因很多,但大多可歸為以下四類,本文結(jié)合本人的實(shí)際工作對基站故障歸納分析如下:

     一、因傳輸問題引起的故障

      移動通信雖屬于無線通信,但其實(shí)際為無線與有線的結(jié)合體。移動業(yè)務(wù)交換中心(MSC)與基站控制器(BSC)之間的A接口以及基站控制器(BSC)與基站收發(fā)信臺(BTS)之間的ABIS接口其物理連接均為采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的2.048MB/S的PCM數(shù)字傳輸來實(shí)現(xiàn)。另外基站的各部件的穩(wěn)定工作離不開穩(wěn)定的時(shí)鐘信號,而基站的時(shí)鐘信號是從PCM傳輸中提取的,愛立信的基站不提供外部時(shí)鐘輸入的端口,這些基站設(shè)備是基于采用傳統(tǒng)的PDH組網(wǎng)方試而設(shè)計(jì)的。
    目前傳輸設(shè)備正從PDH向SDH逐步過度,而按照SDH的傳輸體制,由于指針調(diào)整的原因,其傳送時(shí)鐘是通過線路碼傳輸,由分插復(fù)用器(ADM)專門的時(shí)鐘端口輸出。如果采用從SDH的隨路碼流中提取時(shí)鐘的方法,將會帶來諸如失步,滑碼,死站的問題。如新橋站原采用愛立信RBS200設(shè)備,傳輸采用SDH系統(tǒng),此站自開通以來一直不穩(wěn)定,后經(jīng)愛立信工程師到現(xiàn)場檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)為基站同步不好,建議采用PDH傳輸系統(tǒng),或基站采用RBS2000設(shè)備,(RBS2000對同步要求較RBS200低),后用RBS2000設(shè)備替換原RBS200設(shè)備,基站工作正常至今。
    日常維護(hù)中經(jīng)常有基站所有或部分載頻不穩(wěn)定,時(shí)而退服時(shí)而工作的現(xiàn)象,BSC側(cè)對CF測試結(jié)果為BTS COMMUNICATION NOT POSSIBLE 或CF LOAD FAILED。此類故障大都為傳輸不穩(wěn)定有誤碼,滑碼而引起的。當(dāng)傳輸誤碼積累到一定時(shí),BSC無法對基站進(jìn)行控制,數(shù)據(jù)裝載,此時(shí)可在本地模式下通過OMT對IDB數(shù)據(jù)從新裝載,復(fù)位后可恢復(fù)正常。
      二、因基站軟件問題引起的故障
      基站系統(tǒng)中的軟件是指揮和管理基站各部件有序,正常工作的。若基站IDB數(shù)據(jù)與基站情況不匹配,則基站一定無法正常工作。如在對北碼頭基站進(jìn)行傳輸壓縮(兩條壓縮為一條)后發(fā)現(xiàn)A,B小區(qū)工作正常而C小區(qū)工作不正常,說明BSC無法與C小區(qū)進(jìn)行通信,于是懷疑與之想鄰的B小區(qū)的軟件設(shè)置有誤,經(jīng)查看發(fā)現(xiàn)B小區(qū)的傳輸方式被誤設(shè)為STANDALONE(單獨(dú)方式),一條傳輸時(shí)ABC各扇區(qū)的傳輸方式應(yīng)分別設(shè)為CASCADE,CASCADE,STANDALONE,將B的傳輸方式改為CASCADE后基站恢復(fù)正常。
      三、因基站硬件引起的故障
      此類故障較常見,現(xiàn)象也較明顯,一般有故障的硬件其紅色FOULT燈會點(diǎn)亮,但有時(shí)不能被表面假象所迷惑。
    例如唐閘基站B扇區(qū)一載頻(TRU)退服,到站后發(fā)現(xiàn)此載頻的紅色FOULT燈和TX NOT ENABLE 燈都亮,于是判斷為TRU硬件損壞,更換后故障現(xiàn)象依舊,此時(shí)更換TRU就犯了“頭痛醫(yī)頭,腳痛醫(yī)腳”的錯(cuò)誤,TRU退服可能為其本身硬件故障也可能為與之相連的其他硬件或連線的故障。用OMT軟件診斷后提示為CU到TRU間的連線故障,檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)連線松動,重新連接后故障消失。對此類故障建議先用OMT軟件進(jìn)行故障定位,根據(jù)OMT的建議替換單元進(jìn)行操作,而不能只看表面。
      四、因各種干擾引起的故障
      移動通信系統(tǒng)中的干擾也會影響基站的正常工作,有同頻干擾,鄰頻干擾,互調(diào)干擾等,F(xiàn)在陸地蜂窩移動通信系統(tǒng)采用同頻復(fù)用技術(shù)來提高頻率利用率,增加系統(tǒng)容量,但同時(shí)也引入了各種干擾。
      日常維護(hù)中新建站以及擴(kuò)容站新加載頻的頻點(diǎn)選取不合理基站將無法正常工作,對此類故障應(yīng)與網(wǎng)優(yōu)配合,綜合考慮各種因素,選取合理頻點(diǎn),消除以上干擾。
      對移動通信系統(tǒng)中基站的各類故障應(yīng)認(rèn)真分析,找到其真正原因,才能以最快的速度排除故障,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)質(zhì)量。

    D123:忙時(shí)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)答總次數(shù)
    是指該地區(qū)交換機(jī)接受的各種用戶的話音應(yīng)答總次數(shù)。各種用戶包括市話用戶,模擬移動用戶,GSM用戶。話音應(yīng)答次數(shù)是指不包括短消息和增值業(yè)務(wù),包括呼叫轉(zhuǎn)接的應(yīng)答次數(shù)。久叫不應(yīng)、系統(tǒng)回放錄音通知、呼叫轉(zhuǎn)移不成功不視為應(yīng)答。統(tǒng)計(jì)的消息為“connect”和 ANC消息

    For counters X10, following are used

    NNBRHBAISDHTOT : This counter has been modified from its original purpose. It now counts total number of ANN messages sent or received because of inter MSC handover.
    This counter is incremented whenever ANN message is sent or received in a MSC.

    All neighboring MSCs

    X10 = NNBRHBAISDHTOT of all neighboring MSCs in object type NBRMSCLST.


    D124:忙時(shí)有效呼叫總次數(shù)
    是指總呼叫數(shù)-所撥為空號/不全/有誤{加0/不加0等數(shù)}-主/被叫停機(jī)數(shù)-被叫呼入限制-主叫無長權(quán)數(shù)-主叫提前掛機(jī)數(shù)。

    Valid Call Attempts:
    D124 = NCALLS of (MTACC488 + IEXTE + TRA + IEXSTT) – NANSW of (all MRNR routes) – sum of NEVERY of (100,266,35,2981-2990,2576,2911-2920,1125, [500-509])

    Explanation:

    MSC Valid call attempts: D124 = D122-X20-X21-X22

    X20: The number of times call attempts were made to vacant B numbers, incomplete numbers, wrong numbers, by the subscribers which are call barred, to the subscribers which are call barred, by the subscribers which do not have certain facility.
    X21: The number of attempts which are made without prefixing 0, when this was required. Also, number of attempts which are made by prefixing 0, when this was not required.
    X22: No. of times A party disconnects the calls before B answer.


    For X20, following will be used

    NEVERY : Number of EOS events
    This counter in incremented when a particular EOS code is generated.

    For X21, first some EOS codes should be defined in the B table. In those branches, which are handling the calls made without 0 ( when 0 should have been prefixed ) and the branches, which are handling the calls made with 0 ( when 0 should not have been prefixed ). EOS codes 500-509 could be used.
    After doing the above, following could be used

    This counter in incremented when a particular EOS code is generated.

    D125 = NANSW of ( INT + SOTTE + IEXTE ) + NSUEOS of ( ORGOEX + TRA + SOTOEX ) – NNBRHBAISDHTOT of (all neighbour MSCs) + sum of NEVERY of (33, 758, 24, 400, 2298, 3660, 3669)


    Explanation:

    Network Call Completion: D125 = D123 +X23+X24+X25

    X23: No. of call attempts going to the busy subscribers.

    X24: No. of call attempts going to the subscribers which are not in service area or powered off.

    X25: No. of not answered calls.

    For X23, X24, X25, following will be used.

    NEVERY
    This counter counts numbers of instances of a particular End of selection event.

    D232:忙時(shí)SDCCH試呼總次數(shù)
    是指本系統(tǒng)忙時(shí)所有對SDCCH試呼的總次數(shù)。試呼包括正常始呼、位置更新、呼叫重建、IMSI請求和IMSI分離及短消息等請求分配SDCCH的情況。統(tǒng)計(jì)的為“Channel Request”消息。

    SDCCH seizure attempt(s) in the measured cell = CCALLS

    COUNTER NAME
    CCALLS : Call attempt counter.

    The counters are incremented at every attempt to allocate an SDCCH in a resource type in the cell, regardless of whether the allocation succeeded or failed. Allocation attempts are made at signalling connection setup, at handover and at assignment.

    D233:忙時(shí)SDCCH溢出總次數(shù)
    是指本系統(tǒng)忙時(shí)所有對SDCCH試呼中指派不出SDCCH信道的總次數(shù)。統(tǒng)計(jì)的為“Immediate assignment reject”消息。

    SDCCH Blocking Times = CCONGS - TCHSIG

    OBJECT TYPE
    CLSDCCH

    COUNTER NAME
    CCONGS: SDCCH congestion counter.
    It is triggered when an allocation attempt to SDCCH fails because of no idle channel available.

    OBJECT TYPE
    CLTCH

    COUNTER NAME
    TCHSIG: Number of TCH connections for signalling, trigged when an Establish Indication message is received from the BTS.

    D234:忙時(shí)SDCCH掉話總次數(shù)
    是指本系統(tǒng)忙時(shí)呼叫過程中指派了SDCCH后,未占用TCH之前掉話的總次數(shù)。

    Times of SDCCH Drop = CNDROP

    OBJECT TYPE
    CLSDCCH

    COUNTER NAME
    CNDROP: Dropped connection due to failure.

    The counter is incremented :
    •when the BSC sends CLEAR REQUEST message
    •when CLEAR COMMAND is received if the cause code differs from the cause codes ’Call control’ and ’Handover successful’.

    The counter is not incremented if CLEAR REQUEST has been sent previously.

    D235:忙時(shí)SDCCH總話務(wù)量
    是指本系統(tǒng)所有SDCCH信道在忙時(shí)的話務(wù)量總和。

    Once every other second the Traffic Level Counter for SDCCH is scanned and the scanning results are added to the accumulation counter (CTRALACC). The scanning counter (CNSCAN) is incremented by one.

    Note : The measurements will be done for counters HOSUCBCL and HOSUCWCL in object types NICELASS and NECELASS both. Last two part formula is calculate for all outgoing cell relations and for all incoming cell relations relatively.

    These counters count the number of connections successfully established on the TCH. The MS is regarded to have established a connection on the TCH when an ASSIGNMENT COMPLETE, HANDOVER PERFORMED or in target BSC, HANDOVER COMPLETE message is sent to the MSC. The counters are also stepped when an SCCP CONNECTION CONFIRM is
    received from the MSC.

    D242:忙時(shí)話音信道掉話總次數(shù)
    是指在話音信道占用后由于各種原因?qū)е碌牡粼挕0ㄇ袚Q中掉話和切換后掉話。統(tǒng)計(jì)的為“Clear Request”消息。

    系統(tǒng)應(yīng)答后的掉話次數(shù)(在MSC統(tǒng)計(jì))為:
