Experienced GRAN Support Engineer

Description
Working with assigned Customer Support Request;
Provide technical support for Ericsson GRAN system and solution
Participate in global support case handling process
Perform problems isolation and product faults identification
Provide onsite support and troubleshooting
Conduct network and system audits or assessment
Perform knowledge transfer to internal staff
Handle various levels (high, detail & low) of documentations and Knowledge Based Article
Provide Emergency Support for Ericsson GRAN system.
Interact with external and internal customer(s) during various stages of support and implementation

Qualifications
At least bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering.
Minimum three years working experience in Ericsson GRAN (AXE BSC) area.
Self-motivation, have strong sense of responsibility & team work spirit
Good communication ability
Independent but also a good team player with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Good customer management skill and able to deal with difficult and complex situations
A quick learner with excellent implementation skill, drawing upon one's creativeness and resourcefulness
Fluent in spoken & written English



Software Designer

Description
1. Responsible for CDMA Access OAM development in each release. Major deliverables include HLD, DD, Code, UTP, DT, DI, etc.
2. Analyze functional requirements and design solution creatively leveraging existing OAM software.
3. Provide development estimates for release planning and activity planning.
4. Implement and unit test software components.
5. Work with multiple site architects, release tech leads, domain leads, feature primes toward release deliverables.
6. Be committed to the quality delivery of OAM products doing whatever it takes.
7. Maintenance of C-EMS previous release.
8. Provide support of developed products through out the release cycle, including customer site case support.

Qualifications
·UNIX platform, Solaris OS
·Java language, RMI, OOAD
·Java swing GUI programming
·Java socket programming
·Java XML programming
·Solaris shell/Perl script programming
·Oacle DB, JDBC programming
·Good analytical and problem solving skills.
·Common software development process knowledge.
·Experience in all deliverables in software development process from high level design, functional spec, detail design, coding, and unit test plan.
·Good English language comprehension in both oral and writing.
·Appropriate interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.




CDMA Core OAM Designer

Description Position(s) Purpose:This position is responsible for software development of Ericsson CDMA Core OAM product in Beijing Job Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for CDMA OAM software development. The main focus for this job is development of CDMA Network Management OAM system.· Responsible for the software development and support of OAM product.· Understand software requirements and implement new features for the product.· Support the defect correction of developed software.· Ensure the qualityof the software by applying quality processes.· Collaborate with global development teams as required Qualifications Job Requirements:Minimum Requirement:3+ years experience in software development, the working experience in Wireless OAM related product is highly desired. Needed Skills:· Working experence and strong background in C programming on Sun Solaris.
· Deep knowledge of Sun Solaris.
· Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving
· Knowledge or experience in at least one of Java, C++, J2EE, Shell in Unix environment.
· Knowledge of software design, debugging and documentation processes.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
· Good communication, fluent in written/spoken English.
· Good Teamwork Spirits with ability to work independently and self-driven.
