下行DPDCH和DPCCH時分復(fù)用，PO1/2/3是控制信道的不同字段與數(shù)據(jù)信道的功率偏置，這三個參數(shù)由上層配置。上行DPDCH和DPCCH分為I/Q兩個支路（一個DPDCH的情況下），由另外的Beta_d/c值設(shè)定兩個信道的相對功率。
