這個ACL是小區(qū)級參數(shù)，代表了同層、上下層的定義。Upper  Lower 指上下層；N指有些地方網(wǎng)絡沒有開啟分層的結(jié)構(gòu)，所以它的值都默認成是N。same指的是同層。這里所指的層，全部都是本小區(qū)與鄰區(qū)之間的定義關(guān)系。希 ...
