【Analysis】
In general, the majority of the initial optimization process, missing neighbor (intra- frequency) due to dropped calls, We usually confirm whether missing neighbor with the following way:
A、Missing neighbor (intra- frequency)：
Method 1: To observe Ec/Io information of active set cell and Best Server before the dropped call, if the UE Ec/Io poor, and Scanner records Best Server Ec/Io good; and also check the Scanner records Best Server scrambling code, if the monitor set list have no this scrambling code, there may be missing neighbor.
Method 2: After the dropped call UE re-access immediately, if the cell scrambling code and are inconsistent with the dropped call, it can also be suspected missing neighbor, and also can be further confirmed by measurement control (from dropped call single move forward to find the nearest one with the intra-frequency measurement control information, check the neighbor list in measurement control message).
Method 3: UE will report the test set (Detected Set) information, if the test set of information corresponding scrambling code information before dropped call can also be identified as missing neighborproblems.
