掉話率指標(biāo)的獲取有路測(cè)和后臺(tái)網(wǎng)管統(tǒng)計(jì)兩種途徑。路測(cè)指標(biāo)主要通過(guò)測(cè)試工具獲取，而網(wǎng)管統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)是對(duì)海量數(shù)據(jù)的分析得到。首先介紹正常的通話釋放信令流程。
2.1 用戶(hù)主動(dòng)釋放信令
Uu口信令如下：

2.2 路測(cè)指標(biāo)定義
路測(cè)指標(biāo)定義和測(cè)試工具關(guān)系緊密，CNT/CNA中對(duì)單業(yè)務(wù)掉話的定義算法為：
掉話率 ＝ 掉話次數(shù)/呼叫成功建立次數(shù)
收到"Alerting"消息后, 呼叫成功建立次數(shù)加1；
在Alerting之后，沒(méi)有收到Connect ACK就收到SYSTEM INFORMATION消息，則算掉話；
在Connect ACK之后，若收到SYSTEM INFORMATION消息，而后的5秒內(nèi)沒(méi)有收到E_S_radioBearerReconfigurationComplete，E_S_physicalChannelReconfigurationComplete，E_S_transportChannelReconfigurationComplete， E_S_rrcConnectionRelease， E_S_rrcConnectionRelease_CCCH消息，則認(rèn)為掉話；
在Connect ACK之后，若收到E_S_rrcConnectionRelease，E_S_rrcConnectionRelease_CCCH消息，而在此之前沒(méi)有收到Disconnect消息，則認(rèn)為掉話。
在實(shí)際使用中，工具會(huì)在L3消息中顯示掉話位置。
2.3 網(wǎng)管指標(biāo)定義
網(wǎng)管統(tǒng)計(jì)的掉話定義如下：
無(wú)線掉話率＝（RNC請(qǐng)求釋放的電路域掉話的RAB數(shù)目
RNC請(qǐng)求釋放電路域Iu連接對(duì)應(yīng)的RAB數(shù)目
+RNC請(qǐng)求釋放的分組域掉線的RAB數(shù)目
+RNC請(qǐng)求釋放分組域Iu連接對(duì)應(yīng)的RAB數(shù)目）
/(電路域總共釋放的RAB數(shù)目
+分組域總共釋放的RAB數(shù)目）×100%
主要有信令面掉話和用戶(hù)面掉話。從信令流程上看，信令面掉話是RNC發(fā)起了Iu release request， 用戶(hù)面掉話是RNC主動(dòng)發(fā)起RAB release request。
具體的掉話原因細(xì)分計(jì)數(shù)器及說(shuō)明見(jiàn)下表（V3.07.300）。
