必須具有海外項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)

Job Description:


l
Consist of the expert with 6 years experience as RNP&RNO
l
Good capability to solve high level problems
l
KPI expert, good at do the troubleshooting on KPI degradation
l
Frequency Planning expert
l
Parameter Optimization expert
l
Radio frequency expert, good at radio frequency;
l
Analyze the risk points in the project implementation process and offer executable suggestions.
l
Review all the project output documents.

l
Monitor the network performance
l
Do some simply performance troubleshooting
l
Have NPM or similar project experience: mainly include VIP care, Roamer Care, Frequency Refarming, Goe-Location, interference clean
l
Have a good communication skills, speak English and Chinese well
