從測試的半速率占比看,由于紹興市的話務量在不斷地增加,測試半速率在不斷地增加,在4月初測試半速率比例從8以下,而到了5月中旬,測試半速率上升到15以上。
從5月25開始,進行了動態(tài)的半速率門限調整,根據(jù)話務量,分每日的忙時和非忙時,動態(tài)調整半速率轉換門限。即非忙時提高半速率的門限,在忙時把門限復原,這樣在非忙時測試的半速率占比下降,mos能提升。

存在的問題:半速率動態(tài)調整,能降低非忙時的HR占比,提升非忙時的MOS值,但是對于每日的最忙時不是很有效果。且由于局部話務變化的情況比較復雜,過度的調整半速率門限,在話務突然增加后沒有及時的調整回來,會造成局部區(qū)域的擁塞。
