10+ years proven track record in Telecommunication and IT services business of in depth experience within proposal development, solution design, customer presentations, cost and pricing models and consulting.

§VoIP - Knowledge in the major VoIP products of Cisco, Avaya, Alcatel, and Shoretel required. Candidates with certifications like CCIE Voice or ACSS will be preferred.
§UCC - Knowledge about Integration of voice solutions into UCC concepts using Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync, Lotus Notes or Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration products, including Jabber required.
§Contact Center - Knowledge of Avaya, Genesys and Cisco solutions required. Deployment experience with integration to CRM tools preferred
§Exposure to security solutions from Juniper, Fortinet or Cisco would be a plus

Proven delivery of complex pragmatic solutions design within industry
Track record of complex solution design; business acumen to assess opportunities

Excellent communication skills, both skills written and verbal.
Fluent English is a must, an other Asian Language or French can be a advantage

Ability to work in cross-functional teams: sales, business development, service delivery, operations, engineering and consulting

Industry-wide knowledge / market leadership in IT Services
