·Deliver consulting service (e.g. Network Design, Network Performance Optimization, Service Quality Optimization, Capacity & Quality Monitoring and etc ) for GSM, WCDMA, LTE/EPC core network;

Responsibility


·Provide technical consulting for customer solution and technology related business request from global customers
·Be responsible for providing support to develop service products/tools
·Be responsible for providing technical support to pre-sales activities
·Around75% travel in China or abroad

Qualifications
·Own bachelor or higher degree in telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering.
·Skilled consulting skill in presentation, writing and face to face communication
·Have more than two years’ experience in PS/CS mobile Core network design and optimization area
·Be proactive, self-motivated and work independently
·Be open minded and well structured
·Be customer orientated
·Skilled English in both reading and writing
·Be Independent but also a good team player with strong sense of responsibility

To be considered as a plus if have:

·Working experience with mobile network GPRS / packet switch core technology
·Working experience in network design, integration, optimization, or maintenance
·Working experience in Per-sale support
·Industry certificate in IP networking, such as from Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, etc.
