設(shè)置900小區(qū)向1800小區(qū)分層切換參數(shù):ZEAM:BTS=183::ABTS=180::ACL=LOWER,AUCL=-72;(AUCL一般>-75,否則易掉話)
設(shè)置1800小區(qū)向900小區(qū)分層切換參數(shù):ZEAM:BTS=180::ABTS=183::ACL=UPPER,SL=-90,PMRG=8,LMRG=6;(PMRG=8-PBGT門限,LMRG=6-電平切換門限)
設(shè)置1800向900切換上下行電平門限:ZEHS:BTS=180

1、開啟傘狀切換步驟:
舉列說明 900&1800小區(qū)共站,900的BTS為68、69、70,1800的BTS為132、133、134,開啟傘狀切換命令如下
打開900小區(qū)的傘狀切換功能:
ZEHG:BTS=68:EUM=Y,HPU=6;
ZEHG:BTS=69:EUM=Y,HPU=6;
ZEHG:BTS=70:EUM=Y,HPU=6;
設(shè)置900小區(qū)向1800小區(qū)分層切換參數(shù):
ZEAM:BTS=68::ABTS=132::ACL=LOWER,AUCL=-72;
ZEAM:BTS=68::ABTS=133::ACL=LOWER,AUCL=-72;
ZEAM:BTS=68::ABTS=134::ACL=LOWER,AUCL=-72;

2、修改TCH頻點

3、修改鄰區(qū)參數(shù)

ZEAM:SEG=12::LAC=14231,CI=6012:NEWLAC=14233,NEWCI=6016:SYNC=N,POPT=;(至鄰區(qū)的NCC、BCC、FREQ 、PMRG、 LMRG、 QMRG、ACL、 AUCL)
4、增加鄰區(qū)

8、關(guān)半速率(需要先閉載頻)

修改BTS參數(shù)(關(guān)鍵四個個命令ZEQE、ZEQG、ZEQM、ZEQV)
ZEQE :MODIFY BTS IDENTIFICATION PARAMETERS (BTS級參數(shù)包括CI、NCC、BCC、MCC、 MNC、 LAC、 HOP)
ZEQG: MODIFY RADIO LINK CONTROL DL PARAMETERS
ZEQM: MODIFY MISCELLANEOUS PARAMETERS
ZEQV :MODIFY GPRS PARAMETERS
14、改跳頻,要先用ZEQS閉站后才可執(zhí)行
ZEQS:BTS=**:L:FHO=30;(閉站)
ZEQE:BTS=**:HOP=N;(關(guān)跳頻)
ZEQE:BTS=**:HOP=Y;(開跳頻)

15、修改NCC,BCC,LAC,CI等(在OMC下修改,因為要下發(fā)消息)

17、修改FRL,FRU門限值(20,40,剩余的TCH資源小于20%開始占用半速率,剩余TCH資源大于40%時占用全速率,改為100時優(yōu)先占用半速率)
