External fault map class 2B extension
Printed only for MO type RXOTRX in BTS Logical Model G12. A map which identifies faults external to the TG that do not affect MO functionality.

The map is printed as a hexadecimal number eight characters long where each digit of the number represents four bits of the binary fault map, for example, 10000000 means bit 28 is set. See Operational Instruction Radio X-ceiver Administration, BTS Fault, Repair for references to BTS maintenance manuals. These manuals contain information on how to decode the fault map.
