職位能力要求：
a. Network Optimization Engineer(1 person):
Fluent English and communication skills ；
Network KPI analyse, Cell TRX and Data parameter modification, Statistics report, daily report forms, technical communication with customer
b. BSS Engineer(2 person):
Fluent English and communication skills ；
BSC/BTS faults analyse and provide technical support, trouble-shooting, make preventative maintenance plan, software update, cutover operation, weekly report and communicate with customer.
c. Frontoffice Engineer(10 person):
Fluent English and communication skills ；
Level-1 faults disposal skills: Both BTS and NodeB.
Alarm surveillance on M2000 and PNMS(Micrewave), dispatch the TT(Trouble Ticket), follow up the process of faults disposal, make the SLA report form;
Customer care: response to the complaining of subscriber and answer the technical consultation of customer
d. Site Maintenance Engineer(Technicians,25 person) :
Common requirements：
Basic communication skills in English and cooperation skills ；
The skills on TE equipments, NEC Microwave, Tower, AC/DC power, Air-conditioner, Shelter and Generator.
License of tower-work;
Special requirements：
More than 1 years experience on Huawei GSM BTS& NEC microwave maintenance；
Trouble shooting abilityfor Huawei GSM BTS NEC Microwave, NERA Microwave(include antenna maintenance & adjusting & replacement) ；
Trouble shooting ability for AC/DC Power, Tower, Shelter, Air-conditioner and Generator .
Good skill on communication with customer (libyana) and Huawei.
Good skill on tools operation(E1 meter, Power Meter, Site master, GPS, Multimeterand Other relevant tools)
Service Scope: Routine check, Preventive maintenance,Trouble shooting, Relevant equipment including: AC/DC Power, Battery, GSM BTS, Microwave, Air-condition, Shelter, Generator.
