    2019年是新中國(guó)成立70周年，是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)誕生50年，也是5G商用元年，在此背景下，本屆ICT領(lǐng)袖論壇圍繞“5G融合，共建萬(wàn)物互聯(lián)的智能世界”為主題，聚焦5G時(shí)代的科技創(chuàng)新與產(chǎn)業(yè)變革，旨在搭建一個(gè)高端前沿的交流合作平臺(tái)，促進(jìn)5G產(chǎn)業(yè)和應(yīng)用發(fā)展，邀請(qǐng)政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、相關(guān)領(lǐng)域知名專家學(xué)者，行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)高層共襄盛舉。

    The year 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the 50th anniversary of the birth of Internet, as well as the first year of 5G commercial use. Under this background, this ICT Leadership Forum takes “5G Integration, Co-Building an Interconnected Intelligent World” as the theme, and focuses on technological innovation and industrial transformation in the 5G era, with the aim to build a high-end frontier platform for communication and cooperation, to promote the development of 5G industry and applications. The Forum invites government leaders, well-known experts and scholars in relevant fields, and senior managers from industry-leading enterprises to join this event.

    為深入落實(shí)國(guó)務(wù)院《關(guān)于“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+先進(jìn)制造業(yè)”發(fā)展工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的指導(dǎo)意見》，加快推進(jìn)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力建設(shè)，在中國(guó)國(guó)際信息通信展覽會(huì)（簡(jiǎn)稱“PT展”）上，由工業(yè)和信息化部主辦，中國(guó)信息通信研究院、工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“聯(lián)盟”）、5G應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)方陣、中郵國(guó)電器材集團(tuán)有限公司聯(lián)合承辦第二屆工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)創(chuàng)新大會(huì)。

    本次大會(huì)以 “加快高質(zhì)量工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)，促進(jìn)‘5G+工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)’融合創(chuàng)新發(fā)展”為主題，邀請(qǐng)相關(guān)部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、中國(guó)工程院院士、工業(yè)、信息通信業(yè)等相關(guān)專家介紹工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展情況，解讀最新政策走向，分享企業(yè)內(nèi)、外網(wǎng)絡(luò)改造實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)等，并發(fā)布我國(guó)工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系建設(shè)的最新成果。

    In order to further implement the Guiding Opinions on Deepening “Internet + Advanced Manufacturing Industry” and Developing Industrial Internet issued by the State Council, and enhance the network capability building of industrial internet, the 2nd Industrial Internet Network Innovation Conference, hosted the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and jointly organized by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Alliance of Industrial Internet (the Alliance), 5G Applications Industry Array, and China P&T Appliances, will be held at the PT Expo China (PTEXPO).

    Themed at “Accelerating High-Quality Industrial Internet Network Construction and Promoting Integrated and Innovative Development of ‘5G + Industrial Internet’”, the Conference will invite leaders from relevant departments, academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering, and experts in the industry and information and communications industry to introduce the developments of industrial internet network, interpret the latest policies, share practical experience on transformation of corporate intranet and Internet, and release the newest outcomes of China’s industrial internet network system building.

    此次論壇將圍繞光通信產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，邀請(qǐng)運(yùn)營(yíng)商、業(yè)內(nèi)領(lǐng)軍設(shè)備商、器件商等企業(yè)高層，討論5G時(shí)代背景下，光通信產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)熱點(diǎn)及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。

    As a major national development strategy, 5G is entering the stage of commercial use. With its continuous development, 5G can be applied in multiple scenarios.     The information and communications technology (ICT) industry has danced with AI for some time. With the official start of the 5G era, it will play the more important leading role in future. On one hand, the ICT industry can provide strong basic network support to the development of AI. On the other hand, various intelligent applications can penetrate into every field with the help of ICT infrastructure. In future, they will integrate faster and lead significant changes in building intelligent networks, building smart society and other fields.

    This Summit will take the in-depth integration between ICT and AI as the theme, and invite the government, businesses, academia, research institutions and users to discuss the development road.

    2019年6月，工業(yè)和信息化部發(fā)放5G商用牌照，代表了中國(guó)5G商用元年的到來(lái)，將帶動(dòng)中國(guó)科技產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展與進(jìn)步。同時(shí)，全球5G正進(jìn)入商用部署的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，接下來(lái)將會(huì)進(jìn)入萬(wàn)物互聯(lián)的爆發(fā)時(shí)期。

    本次論壇將深度圍繞“5G商用解決方案”，平行分論壇以“5G行業(yè)應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新論壇”“5G云網(wǎng)融合技術(shù)論壇”為主題展開討論，邀請(qǐng)行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)高層及業(yè)內(nèi)專家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與會(huì)，完整覆蓋5G行業(yè)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域，打造一場(chǎng)5G技術(shù)與趨勢(shì)探討的行業(yè)盛會(huì)。

    In June 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued 5G licenses for commercial use, signifying the coming of the first year for 5G commercial use in China, which will drive the rapid development and progress of China’s technology industry. At the same time, 5G is entering a crucial period of deployment for commercial use around the world. Soon, we will go into an outbreak period of Internet of everything.

    This Summit will focus on “5G Commercial Solutions” while the parallel sub-fora will be themed at “5G Industrial Application Innovation Forum” and “5G Cloud-Network Integration Technology Forum”. Senior managers of industrial leading enterprises, experts and leaders will be invited to create a grand industrial gathering on 5G technology and tendency discussion fully covering 5G technologies.
