        下行控制信息DCI，使用RNTI來傳送一個(gè)或多個(gè)小區(qū)的下行控制信息；隨后的編碼步驟包括信息單元復(fù)用、CRC附加、信道編碼和速率適配；

          Format 1_0 用于小區(qū)PDSCH調(diào)度（This is used for the scheduling of PDSCH in one cell.），DCI format 1_0 with CRC scrambled by C-RNTI （CRC通過C-RNTI 加擾）；
