Cdma2000 1x：目前包含release0和releaseA兩個(gè)版本。其區(qū)別主要在于，307.2kbps和并發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)支持。
1x之后，兩個(gè)方向，一個(gè)是DO，一個(gè)是DV。DV目前已經(jīng)空中已經(jīng)出了Release C（2002年5月發(fā)布V1.0，2004年8月發(fā)布V2.0，主要是前向鏈路的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化）、Release D版本（2004年3月發(fā)布，主要是反向鏈路的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化）。
關(guān)于DO與DV的比較，目前DO已經(jīng)逐漸占了優(yōu)勢(shì)。比較代表性的觀點(diǎn)，高通，全力支持DO發(fā)展路線，它有一篇DO、DV比較的文章。以下是它的一些觀點(diǎn)：
“1xEV-DV, when used in all voice mode, does not increase capacity over 1X, and when used in all data mode, has at best comparable capacity to 1xEV-DO. In other words, 1xEV-DV does not offer any increase in voice or data capacity, when compared to 1X and 1xEV-DO respectively.”
“1xEV-DV, when used in mixed voice and data mode, provides less voice capacity than 1x, and less data capacity than 1xEV-DO. In this mode, there are very complex load balancing issues that need to be considered and implemented in the field. There is large uncertainty in the 1xEV-DV design today, since this technology has not been prototyped and tested in the field. In summary, 1X and 1xEV-DO are more mature technologies (proven in the field), and together provide more reliable and more efficient voice and data services than those of 1xEV-DV.
