12月30日下午消息，諾基亞與阿爾卡特朗訊的合并是近兩年來產(chǎn)業(yè)界的大事，今年正式合并運(yùn)營后各地的整合進(jìn)程也受到了廣泛關(guān)注。諾基亞通信中國和上海貝爾聯(lián)合管理團(tuán)隊(duì)總裁王建亞在其新年致辭中表示，2016年是大中華區(qū)快速融合、并肩作戰(zhàn)、合力制勝的一年；對內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)了平穩(wěn)過渡、聯(lián)合運(yùn)營，對外樹立起新的品牌形象；同時(shí)，其5G、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全等技術(shù)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位和端到端業(yè)務(wù)解決方案能力均獲得了認(rèn)可與肯定。

大家好！
時(shí)間如白駒過隙，轉(zhuǎn)眼我們已攜手走到了2016年末。新年甫至，萬象更新，我首先謹(jǐn)代表管理團(tuán)隊(duì)，對各位的辛勤付出和團(tuán)結(jié)合作表示誠摯的感謝。
How time flies! As we walk to the end of 2016 and approach a New Year, I would like to, on behalf of the leadership team, extend our heartfelt thanks for your great efforts and contributions in the past year.
2016年是全球合并運(yùn)營的第一年，也是大中華區(qū)快速融合、并肩作戰(zhàn)、合力制勝的一年。今年年初，中國區(qū)在全球宣布合并后的第8天，就組建了聯(lián)合管理團(tuán)隊(duì)。對內(nèi)，雖然合資企業(yè)還沒有正式成立，但是我們在“One Team One Goal”精神的激勵(lì)下，各團(tuán)隊(duì)迅速融合，實(shí)現(xiàn)了平穩(wěn)過渡、聯(lián)合運(yùn)營；對外，我們樹立了“Nokia上海貝爾”這一新的品牌形象，并贏得了客戶的信心、市場的認(rèn)可和政府的信任。特別是，我有幸入選通信世界雜志的2016年度ICT產(chǎn)業(yè)十大影響力人物，正是業(yè)界對整個(gè)公司的肯定和認(rèn)可，也是大家一起努力的結(jié)果。
The year of 2016 is the first year of global combination and integrated operation. In Greater China, we integrated fast, fought shoulder to shoulder, and as a result, won together! We nominated the joint leadership team just 8 days after global Day 1. Internally, though the JV has not been formally established, all the teams integrated pretty fast, enabling smooth transition and joint operation. Externally, we built Nokia Shanghai Bell-the new brand image and won customers’ confidence, market recognition and government’s trust. I was recently honored to be recognized as one of China’s Top 10 Man of the year of ICT industry 2016 by Communications World Weekly, a leading ICT industry media, this is a recognition for Nokia Shanghai Bell and efforts of you all.
2016年也是值得大家驕傲和銘記的一年。我們的5G、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)（尤其是車聯(lián)網(wǎng)和智慧城市）與網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全等技術(shù)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位得到客戶的廣泛認(rèn)可。同時(shí)，我們的端到端業(yè)務(wù)解決方案能力也獲得了客戶的高度肯定。在過去的幾個(gè)季度，包含臺(tái)港澳在內(nèi)的大中華區(qū)交出了一份驕人的成績單, 而這一切都要?dú)w功于各位的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和努力付出。
The year of 2016 is also a year we should be proud of and mark in our memory. Our thought leadership in 5G, IoT(especially Car2X and smart city solutions) and security technologies has been widely recognized by the customers, so does our e2e portfolio and capabilities. In the past quarters, we have delivered outstanding performance, thanks to each and every one of you.
新的一年將承載新的希望，開啟新的篇章。2017年，雖然行業(yè)環(huán)境依然艱難，任務(wù)依然艱巨，但機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存，我們將一如既往，滿懷信心與激情。我們不僅要在具備優(yōu)勢的運(yùn)營商領(lǐng)域持續(xù)深耕，還要大力拓展垂直行業(yè)市場；不僅要在網(wǎng)絡(luò)硬件上持續(xù)創(chuàng)新，還要在軟件領(lǐng)域做大做強(qiáng)。
The New Year will carry new hopes and start a new chapter. In 2017, we will still face a very difficult industry environment and our tasks will still be formidable, however, the opportunities are always alongside the challenges. We will as always be full of confidence and passion. We should not only continue to succeed in the traditional operators’ area, but also expand network sales to select vertical markets; we should not only focus on the innovations of the network/ hardware, but also make breakthroughs in software business.
歲月不居，天道酬勤！讓我們一起踏上新征程！期待與大家在新的合資企業(yè)大家庭里攜手共勉，勇往直前，再創(chuàng)輝煌！
Time waits for no man but hard work pays off. Let us join hands to board on the new journey. Let us work together in this big family and join hands forging ahead fearlessly to create the glory once again.
